SERACAL is a multiparametric calibrator intended for calibration of chemical clinical assay.
Summary
Lyophilized calibrator serum prepared from human serum.
The concentration and activities of the calibrator components have been adjusted for a wide range of
automatic analyzers to ensure optimal calibration of the clinical chemistry reagents.
Preparation
Open one bottle of calibrator avoiding the loss of lyophilizate.
Reconstitute the lyophilized serum with exactly 3.0 ml of bi-distilled water.
Close the bottle and let it stand for 30 minutes out of bright light.
Before to use mix by inverting the vial.
Do not shake the vial as the formation of foam should avoid.
